Pain holding you back?
Are you struggling with aches and pains, muscle tightness, and stiffness that won’t get better?
Dry needling is a highly effective intervention to help you reduce pain, improve your mobility, and get you back to the activities you love to do.
Dry needling is a technique that utilizes a sterile need that is inserted into taut and tender muscles in order to alleviate pain, reduce muscle tension, improve range of motion, and promote healing. It is a safe and effective treatment performed by licensed Physical Therapists.
Benefits of Dry Needling:

Dry Needling Process
An ultra-thin needle, without any medication, is inserted into taut bands of muscle called trigger points. These trigger points, often referred to as “knots” can cause pain, stiffness, and muscle weakness. The needle is inserted through the skin and into the trigger point and helps to release tension in the muscle by improving blood flow and calming your nervous system.
